Release Ritual

This digital download includes a step-by-step process for creating your own release ritual. There are three different paths for the ritual offered in this tutorial. There is a ritual for physical release, written release and symbolic release. 

Also included are two audio recordings for grounding and intention setting and for closing out the ritual.
