pause, reflect, and realign
Gather with us
We believe in making space for real connection, with yourself, with others, and with something deeper that often gets lost in the noise of everyday life. Our ongoing events are open invitations to pause, breathe, and remember what matters.
You don’t have to know exactly what you’re looking for to show up here. Whether you're coming on your own, with a friend, or bringing your kids along, there’s room for you. These gatherings are simple by design. A chance to come as you are and reconnect through sound, stillness, movement, and presence.
Join us for The Expanse, a heart-led event that shifts with the seasons and responds to what our community is asking for in the moment. Drop in during the week for Pause in the Park, a free mid-day reset in nature. You can also find us out in the community at local markets, vendor events, and pop-ups, where we show up to connect, share, and be part of the wider fabric of life and living that is all around us.
Scroll through, see what resonates, and take that leap of faith in yourself. We can’t wait to see you there.
Pause in the park
Step away from the noise of the day and into a moment of peace. Pause In The Park is a free 45-minute outdoor sound bath and guided meditation designed to help you reset, realign, and return to yourself—all during your lunch break.
Held in the heart of nature, this offering invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect. Let the sounds of crystal bowls, gentle guidance, and the natural world around you soften the edges of your day.
Join us for what will likely be our last outdoor offering this season.
September 3rd at 5:30pm Hosted at Riverfront park

Bazaar: Presented by Terrain
Held every summer on the weekend before Hoopfest, BAZAAR takes over Main Avenue in the heart of downtown Spokane. It’s our region’s largest all-local art market, where you can score everything from jewelry and leather goods to quirky home décor, original artwork, skincare goodies, candles, mugs, tea, and more—all handmade by our region’s most talented artists. In 2024, 144 vendors sold $223,953 worth of art and handmade goods, drawing a crowd of around 20,000 art lovers.
Bazaar was launched with the goal of connecting artists to art buyers, underscoring the importance of supporting small, local, businesses and catalyzing the creative economy. Most items are priced at $100 or less, which is explicitly intended to be accessible to as many people as possible.
