Sound Healing with I AM at ALURA Spa

Settle into a fully supported, cozy space with mats, blankets, and eye masks as you are guided into deep stillness through sound. Crystal singing bowls and gentle tones wash over you, inviting your body to release tension and your mind to quiet. This is intentional rest, where nothing is asked of you other than to come open and everything else is supported.

If you have never been to a sound bath or if you have been to hundreds, you are welcome here.

Bring whatever you need to feel supported in this space. A yoga mat, pillow, and blanket will be provided but we always encourage you to bring anything else you might want to make your own nest. Highly encourage participants to bring journals and pens because you never know what might come up for you that you want to capture.
