Session Three: Choosing Forward
This closing session is about learning to trust yourself again.
After moving through honesty and remembrance, participants arrive here with a clearer understanding of what feels true. This session focuses on how to listen to that knowing and allow it to guide the way forward.
Rather than analyzing the past or creating rigid plans, we explore how to recognize alignment as it shows up in real time and how to choose from that place with confidence.
