: What happens after I apply?
We will get back to you typically within 48 hours of applying. If it has been over 5 business days since applying please inquire or email us to make sure your application did not get lost or go to spam.
: How long is this program and can I ask questions/have access to my coach throughout it?
Align is 8 weeks long and full of practices, processing, and integration. You may absolutely ask all the questions you could dream of, this program is for you…and it is, exactly what you make of it. You have access to your coach via Voxer 24/7 and (barring any unusual circumstances) can expect a thorough response within 24 hours. We are here for you. Typically our clients are ready to dive into all the processing verbally, and message frequently on Voxer, some however take a more quite approach and prefer to reflect face to face on calls. It is impossible provide guidance or insight when communication is closed. An open heart will ensure you receive the most from this program.
: I’ve never done anything like this before, is that okay?
Of course! Past ‘experience’ is not important. What is important, is you honoring the inner call you have to commune, connect and align.
: What if I can’t make one of our calls?
All we ask is to reschedule within the week that it was cancelled. Calls will not be scheduled outside of that time frame, to honor all of the coaches clients and capacity.
: Are there refunds?
No refunds will be offered and deposit / all sales are final.
: Is there an extended payment plan available?
Upon request we are able to divide your invoice into four payments.

All coaching begins once the contract is signed, sent and the first (or full) payment has been made. All late payments will receive a $100 late fee per week that it is late.
